Patient Billing

Our office is now participating with United Concordia, Aetna PPO, Delta Dental and Cigna PPO to provide more comprehensive care to our Pocono population. The United Concordia plans we now accept are Advantage, Advantage Plus, ADDP Dental (active military members only) and Alliance. We accept direct reimbursement from most other major insurance plans, however, most insurance plans do not cover 100% of the fee. You are responsible for paying that portion of the fee not covered by your insurance up front.

When you arrive at our office, we will call your insurance company for an explanation of your root canal therapy reimbursement. You may contact your insurance company for an estimate prior to your appointment.

Once your treatment is completed, we will submit your claim to your insurance for you.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and an already active CareCredit account. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered.

We are also pleased to offer the CareCredit card, the nation’s leading patient payment program. With CareCredit you can finance 100% of your dental care and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees, no pre-payment penalties and the first year is interest free. This helps bridge the gap between insurance payments so you can begin your treatment today and conveniently pay with low, monthly payments.

For procedure fees from $300 and up, CareCredit offers one year interest FREE with low monthly payments available. CareCredit can be used by the whole family for ongoing treatment without having to reapply. By using CareCredit for your dental care, you can save your other credit cards for household or unplanned expenses.

It only takes a few minutes to apply for CareCredit and you’ll receive an online decision in seconds!

Note: Any insurance information given by our staff is an estimate and cannot be determined until the claim is processed by your insurance company.

Please remember, you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company.
